Terms of Service

By using PDFMint's API or web tools ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

PDFMint converts data you submit into PDF documents via templates or custom HTML. Plans (Free, Starter, Pro) include a monthly PDF generation limit, enforced automatically.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service to generate documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or infringing (e.g. forged financial documents, counterfeit certificates).
• You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or resell API access without authorization.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and the documents you generate.

Payments

Paid plans are billed via our payment processor (NOWPayments). Plan upgrades take effect once payment is confirmed. Downgrades or cancellations can be requested by emailing support; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delays, or rendering errors. Free-tier usage is provided as-is without guarantees.

Magic Templates (AI-generated content)

Custom templates generated via the Magic Templates feature are created using AI and are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing generated templates before relying on them for production use.

Limitation of liability

PDFMint is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
